Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before they have been processed for shipment, whichever comes first.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns & Refunds
- Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
- A clear package opening video (mandatory)
Claims submitted without a package opening video may not be eligible for review.
Upon verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Refund Processing
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
