Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and shipped from Dallas, Texas, USA.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide a clear package opening video, which is required for all such claims.
