Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35.
Shipping charges for orders below $35 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number. A clear package opening video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or incorrect item claims. Claims submitted without a package opening video may not be eligible for review.
